In this Celtic season of Samhain (sow-wen), we explore what is the light that you carry within you, and how to express that light (your soul essence) out into the world.

The context of this exploration is during the phase of the year where we enter into shorter days and longer, darker nights. We focus on the light to balance our own perception that things are getting darker, when in fact we are always expressing our light and to connect with that.

You are so much bigger than you know, and this celestial season in the Celtic calendar allows you to expand your view of yourself and what is possible for you.
