The Story of The Unicorn

David has traveled many lands, and much to his surprise, found himself immersed in magical experiences. One of these was meeting a wise sage who happened to embody the spirit of a Unicorn. Unicorns are magical animals from a different dimension that hold the purest light frequency on our planet. Their real role is to move out in front of us to clear a path to joy and happiness. Hence, in honor of this beautiful being, the Spirit of the Unicorn Mystery School, founded by David, was born.

It was these experiences with the Unicorn that brought David back to his younger self and led him to conclude that our journey back home to ourselves is the most important mission that we can undertake in our lifetime here on Earth.

Meet David

David Winters grew up in the hills south of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, U.S.A. in the 1960s and 70s. As an empath, he was stigmatized for his sensitivity in an insensitive world. This resulted in anxiety, sadness, and confusion about the chaotic world he was living in.

He studied science and microbiology for many years to understand what was beneath the surface of life. This can be seen as one path to understand truth against the falsehoods of world commercial systems (a Druid mission if ever there was one!)

In the 1980’s, he received a master’s degree (M.S.) in microbiology from North Carolina State University and a Ph.D. in food microbiology from Cornell University.

In the late 90s, he began to question his continued commitment to study science and wondered if there was a truer path ahead. By the early 2000s, he became a devoted seeker on a spiritual path. So, in a sense, he began to wake up to the hidden world, not of microbes, but of life beyond the veil!

By 2014, Malidoma Some, noted African Shaman and author, proclaimed David as a “Seer of the Unseen.” As David developed his extraordinary clairvoyant gift, he began to explore the mysterious and magical world of sacred sites.

He eventually found his connection to the ancient people of Ireland and Scotland. This included the ancient mythological Tuatha de Danann (tribe of the goddess Danu and one of the so-called Bird Tribes), and the spiritual and nondual teachings of the ancient Irish Goddess and Celtic Saint Brigid.

During David’s travels to these ancient lands, and much to his surprise, he found himself immersed in unexpected magical experiences. Unicorns are magical animals not of the physical realm that hold the purest light frequency on our planet.
